Savelle Property Group is a Sydney based property marketing and management company. In the process of running our business we handle, collect, process, record, store and disclose personal information relating to purchasers and potential purchasers. Savelle Property Group collects personal information from several sources. Mostly, the personal information we collect comes directly from potential purchasers when they are investigating properties for residential as well as investment purposes. Most of Savelle Property Group’s personal information records relate to existing and potential purchasers. Our records with respect to these purchasers will generally include contact details, job description, details of transactions with Savelle Property Group including property value, and information about their interest in our products.

required by law; Savelle Property Group believes it necessary to provide a purchaser with a product that they have requested; it is necessary to implement our terms of service; it is necessary to protect the rights, property or personal safety of another Savelle Property Group purchaser, any member of the public or Savelle Property Group; the assets and operations of Savelle Property Group’s business are transferred to another party as a going concern.
Like most large organisations, Savelle Property Group uses a range of service providers to help maximise the quality and efficiency of services and business operations. This means that individuals and organisations outside of Savelle Property Group, such as body corporate managers, share registries and mail houses, will sometimes have access to personal information held by Savelle Property Group and may use it on behalf of Savelle Property Group. When you provide your personal information Savelle Property Group’s asks you to choose whether or not you wish to receive further information about new properties and investment products and Savelle Property Group in general. Savelle Property Group also sends promotional information to other people who are not regular Savelle Property Group purchasers.

If you request that your personal information be deleted, in the manner described in (5) and (6) above, Savelle Property Group will take all reasonable steps to delete it unless it is needed for legal reasons. Personal information may also be retained in certain files in order to resolve disputes or for auditing purposes. In addition, personal information is never completely removed from our databases due to technical and legal constraints, including stored “back up” systems. Therefore, purchasers should not expect that all of their personal information will be completely removed from databases in response to their request.
Savelle Property Group understands the importance of information security and endeavors to take all reasonable steps to keep secure any information which it holds about you, and keep this information accurate and up to date. Savelle Property Group requires our employees and service providers to respect the confidentiality of any personal information held by Savelle Property Group.
No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed secure. As a result, while Savelle Property Group endeavours to protect your personal information, it cannot guarantee the security of any personal information you transmit when you access our websites.

The amended Privacy Policy will apply whether or not Savelle Property Group has given you specific notice of any change.
